Comment: Evaluate nephritic syndrome, renal tubular necrosis, mercury poisoning, ethylene glycol ingestion (which may produce oval fat bodies), and fatty casts in the urine, evaluate bone marrow and fat embolism, which may produced gross fat globules in urine
